While some customers have highly qualified staff available 24 hours and doing the necessary regular maintenance and repair work and also taking care of emergencies, there are others who do not have such maintenance resources. Taking this into account TRANSNORM offers a variety of different packages which can be combined according to the customer specific needs, keeping one target in mind: to achieve the highest degree of availability of your system.
We currently have systems in operation where we have resident maintenance engineers, we have remote access systems for PLC and control related issues, we have a parts service operating from our Tewkesbury premises and we offer either Ad-Hoc or regular service contracts.We can also offer an inspection package, whereby we will assess your Transnorm System and advise you on the parts or remedial work required to bring to an optimum condition.
